ENGLISH: What's happened today in London is recalling many sad memories of terroristic attacks from our childhood, here in Italy, and to what were called "the Lead Years".
Unfortunately we well know what it means to loose someone, to risk your life cause you are in the worse place in the worse moment.
And to everyone this event recalls September 11 in New York and March 11 in Madrid, or the Russian kids massacre.
Terrorism is a plague who strikes innocent people.
And today once more people killed people, often even of their same race and religion, in a large number.
To everyone who got involved in the attack, who got deaths in family or between friends, we send our condolences.
To everyone we send our support in this dark moment.

ITALIANO: Un altro brutto giorno per il mondo. A noi italiani ricorda gli Anni di Piombo, ma eventi altrettanto gravi più recentemente hanno scosso il mondo. Oggi a Londra, l'11 marzo di Madrid, l'11 Settembre a New York, la strage di bambini nella scuola russa.
Gente che uccide gente innocente per dimostrare qualcosa. Gente che uccide sovente (come oggi) anche gente della sua stessa fede, razza o nazionalità, senza distinzione, per fanatismo.
Noi siamo vicini a tutti coloro che oggi hanno subito perdite, e a loro vanno le nostre condoglianze.
E a tutti il nostro supporto in questo momento di follia collettiva.

ENGLISH: Okay, here we are. June is at the end and we are going somehow from spring to summer. Italian mountains are wet and hot (around 90 °F... 34 °C) and you will hardly believe next winter our city will host the Winter Olympic Games, if you are not here in winter, when it drops to snow to icy temperatures. But days are hot, now, and people starts to go in holidays... And we are still playing music!

Music Videos: 4 of the 6 total videos of our incoming "DVD music video" project are now ready (they are: Nemesis, Mystical Sea, Philosopher's Stone and Magic Lights... soon will follow Wind Sailer, in the radio edit, and Charming Mechanics, but they still require some time to be completed). The first movies are not just normal videoclips with people at the instruments, but will be narrated as very short silent movies with a single-tracked soundtrack. The DVD will be probably available in PAL since autumn 2005 (NTSC version will follow a.s.a.p.).

3rd ALBUM: okay, we are not a live band (at least at the moment) so we have plenty of time to work in studio. And we do it. We have already a 10th of tracks for the new album project, all just in a demo-version. We are still working on them, but it sounds even better than our first two albums. But be patient, cause we think will be released in 2006... and will be a double CD album, for the usual rock-bottom price you got use for our music! :-) ...but not rock-bottom quality, this for sure...

Okay, lot of news from the TWM... enjoy this summer and don't forget we use the money we collect to help african children!


ITALIANO: Quest'estate si sta rivelando torrida ed e' difficile immaginare che tra pochi mesi la nostra citta' ospitera' le Olimpiadi Invernali. La temperatura ha toccato i 37 gradi, ma noi continuiamo a suonare (la sera, quando fa fresco). Dunque, cosa c'e' di nuovo?

Video dei TWM: Come molti forse gia' saprete, ho iniziato le riprese per i due nuovi video ufficiali della band, "Wind Sailer" (che avra' anche riprese aeree) e "Charming Mechanics", che vedra' una citta' di notte trasformarsi nel tempo, a diventare una serie di ruderi. L'idea e' quella di realizzare dei "corti muti" che abbiano anche un significato oltre che a far vedere gente che suona. Tre di essi sono gia' scaricabili tra i "bundles" di ArtistFirst, per chi non avesse voglia di aspettare l'uscita in DVD.
l primo e' "Nemesis", dove la storia e' un corto "noir" tra il kafkiano ed il surreale, che ha dialoghi "a fumetti" (nel vero senso del termine).
Il secondo e' "Mystical Sea", che diviene "Mystical Sea (of space and time)" ed e' una storia di fantascienza "muta". Ne andiamo particolarmente orgogliosi.
Il terzo e' "Magic Lights", la videopresentazione della band, ricavata da un pezzo "pluridecorato" e molto richiesto. Primo video ad essere girato e diffuso, e' gia' stato visto centinaia di volte nella versione "lo-res" (lo potrete trovare nel nostro sito di Broadjam).

Terzo album: Dal momento che non siamo una "live-band" per varie ragioni (per ora, ma stiamo organizzando qualcosa di cui vi faremo sapere), abbiamo molto tempo per lavorare in studio, e stiamo cosi' preparando il nostro terzo CD. Abbiamo gia' 10 tracce "demo", ma c'e' molto da fare, ancora. Infatti il progetto e' quello di realizzare un doppio-CD con circa 4 ore 4 di musica su livelli se possibile ancora piu' elevati dei primi due! L'uscita e' prevista per il 2006.

Okay, molte notizie dai TWM questo mese... buona estate e non dimenticate che i soldi raccolti andranno ad aiutare bambini africani!

ENGLISH: We just signed a non-exclusive agreement with ArtistFirst to distribute online our bundles (low- to mid-res movies, previously unreleased MP3 tracks, alternate versions of our published tracks, some of our "most wanted" in their normal version... soon we plan to put there also some separated-layer material of our most-wanted tracks, ready to be remixed by you, if you like).
As always you will pay just a rock-bottom money for our stuff, and in many countries (such as UK, Netherlands, Denmark and many more) you may even pay with your cellular phone!

ITALIANO: Dal 25 giugno, abbiamo un ulteriore modo di distribuire la nostra musica. Abbiamo infatti siglato un contratto (non esclusivo, come tutti quelli che ci riguardano, al momento) con "ArtistFirst", che ci mette a disposizione i server ed una rete di distribuzione per i nostri "bundles" da usare come ulteriore servizio per chi vuole scaricare i TWM a pagamento (pochi centesimi, comunque, niente raggiunge l'euro).
Tramite ArtistFirst si possono quindi scaricare i nostri video, suonerie, poster e materiale e (per chi volesse remixare un pezzo dei nostri) presto anche tracce separate pronte per essere rielaborate. Per ora sono online 3 video (Nemesis, Mystical Sea e Magic Lights), alcuni MP3 tra i piu' richiesti ed alcune varianti che non vedranno mai un CD (come "World Control", ad esempio, e "Nemesis" nella versione "la tentazione di Giuda Iscariota" del musical-religioso cui collaborammo).
Tra le altre cose, da molti Paesi si puo' acquistare e scaricare pagando anche tramite telefonino (non in Italia: solo in Gran Bretagna, USA, Danimarca, Svezia, Olanda ed altri ancora). Per gli altri 8tra cui l'Italia) c'e' l'eccellente servizio PayPal.

Personalmente speriamo venda come (o anche di piu') del suo predecessore, "A traveller who didn't ask for glory" (2004) ed apparire, come lui, nelle classifiche di vendita. Speriamo di poter raccogliere ancora piu' soldi per aiutare l'Africa, anche grazie al vostro preziosissimo aiuto e supporto.

ENGLISH: The band 1st album ("A traveller who didn't ask for glory") was #2 in Top10 Electronic Albums, and #26 all-genres albums sold on the Italian iTunes online store on january 12 and 13, 2005! "Freedom Calls" was #3 in the Top10 Electronic songs downloaded from the same store, on days 6 and 7, and in the Top10 from january 6 to january 14, 2005!

ITALIANO: il primo album della band ("A traveller who didn't ask for glory", 2004) è stato al n.2 tra i 10 album di musica elettronica ed al n.26 tra tutti i generi nella classifica degli album più venduti online da iTunes in Italia i giorni 12 e 13 gennaio 2005! "Freedom Calls" è stata n.3 tra le canzoni di musica elettronica più acquistate i giorni 6 e 7 gennaio, e nella Top10 dal 6 al 13 gennaio 2005!
